If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you ordered, or in case you discovered a defect in the item, you can return it for an exchange, or receive a refund. For returns/exchanges, you need to contact us through the website or by email to office@yoozit.co within fourteen days of receiving the item. The item must not be used in any way before returning it, and it must be in its original package. To report a defective product, a photo of the defect and confirmation of the payment must be attached, and we will take care of the issue as soon as possible.
YOOZ accepts returns on gifts (minus the return shipping cost). You can contact us through the website or by email to office@yoozit.co within thirty days from the date of shipment. The item mustn’t be used before returning it, and it must be in its original package.
