Shipping Service

The company reserves the right to update and change all prices on the website without prior notice and at its sole discretion. The binding price is the price provided to the customer upon completion of the purchase process.
Orders will be shipped within one business day of being placed, and transit time is based on the selected shipping method. The order day is not counted in the delivery days.
Door-to-Door Shipping
•Transit time up to 4 business days, except for exceptional locations (Kibbutzim and Moshavim) up to 6 business days.
Shipping to Sales Points (Pickup Points):
•Transit time up to 4 business days.
During periods preceding and during holidays, there may be delays in shipping times, as well as during November and early December (the "Internet Shopping Holidays" month).
There are no shipments on Fridays and on Holiday Eves.
Maximum size for door-to-door shipping: 50*40*40 cm / up to 10 kg
Maximum size for shipping to a pickup point: 30*30*30 cm / up to 5 kg
Shipments over 10 kg and over the size of 50*40*40 cm will be defined as an exceptional package and will be carried out according to the discretion of the distribution company, with a shipping cost of 50 ₪.
Pickup Point Services
Pickup point services, through E-POST services, offer lockers and distribution points with nationwide coverage, located at gas stations, shopping centers, malls, residential neighborhoods, and more. These lockers and pickup points allow recipients to receive shipments at a convenient time without waiting at home for a courier.
If the shipment exceeds the weight and size limitations detailed above, it will automatically be transferred to the door-to-door courier service with an additional charge of 10 ₪ (to the door-to-door shipping price). Furthermore, due to the change, the distribution time may be delayed by at least 3 business days.
Upon arrival of the package at the locker or pickup point, an SMS will be sent to the recipient with all the information required to collect the package. If the recipient does not arrive within 7 business days to collect the package from the sales point, or within 72 hours to collect the package from an automatic locker, the shipment will be returned to the company at a shipping cost of 40 ₪ at the customer's expense.
Despite the customer's choice of the pickup point, the pickup point may change due to an overload of packages at the selected location. If this occurs, it will be done at the discretion of the shipping company and with the aim of shipping to a pickup point as close as possible to the selected location.
Collections from customers will be carried out up to 14 business days.
Returns
Every customer is entitled to make a return if they are not satisfied or if the item received is defective. It can be returned for an exchange or a refund.
For a return request, all items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For a defective product, a photo of the problem and proof of payment must be attached.
The company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law regarding the cancellation of a distance selling transaction, the return of products, and the cancellation of ordered services.
The customer can cancel the transaction and return products, provided that the products are returned whole, undamaged, and sealed in their original wrapping or packaging, along with the transaction invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email.
The customer may return any product purchased from the website, by sending an email to our customer service at office@yoozit.co within 14 days from the date of receiving the products, and receive a monetary credit in exchange.
It is possible to arrange for a courier to collect the item the customer wishes to return for a price of 40 ₪.
After the product is returned, the customer will be credited with the price they paid for it, minus cancellation fees and clearing expenses. Cancellation fee of 5% of the item's price as listed on the invoice or 100 ₪ (whichever is lower), and a deduction for clearing expenses of 2%, subject to the provisions of the law in this matter.
In the case of a defective product, the company will arrange to send the customer a replacement product instead of the defective product and collect the defective product from them at no additional cost.
All returned products remain the responsibility of the customer until they safely reach us.
Exchange Policy
The customer can exchange an ordered item for another item, provided that it has not been used or damaged. The products must be returned whole, undamaged, and sealed in their original wrapping or packaging, along with the transaction invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email.
The customer may exchange any product purchased from the website, by contacting our customer service via the website or by email, up to 14 days from the date of receiving the products, and receive a replacement product.
The customer must return the product to us at their own expense, along with the transaction invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email.
It is possible to arrange with us for a courier at a symbolic cost of 40 ₪, who will arrive to collect the exchanged item and deliver the new item ordered.

Cancellation Policy
If the customer wishes to return an item and receive a monetary refund, please contact us via the website and/or by email at office@yoozit.co within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Cancellation of a transaction for a monetary refund is subject to a cancellation fee and clearing expenses. A cancellation fee of 5% of the item's price as listed on the invoice or 100 ₪ (whichever is lower), and a deduction for clearing expenses of 2%, subject to the provisions of the law in this matter, provided that the product has not been used, is whole, undamaged, and sealed in its original wrapping or packaging, along with the transaction invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email.
The item can be returned up to 14 days from its receipt by arranging for a courier to collect the item you wish to return at a symbolic price of 40 ₪.
A monetary refund cannot be given for products under 50 ₪, as per the law.
