The shipping policy
Delivery services are available throughout the country
Delivery to the home: 35 ₪
Delivery to distribution point: 20 ₪
All prices on the website may be updated or changed without prior notice at the company's discretion. The binding price is the price given to the customer at purchase completion.
Orders are shipped within one business day of placing the order, and shipping time depends on the selected shipping method. The day of the order is not taken into account when determining the number of transport days.
Delivery to your home
Transport time is up to four business days, and up to six business day at small communities such as kibbutzim, moshavim, villages, and locations in the Golan Heights and the West Bank.
Transport time to distribution point: up to four business days.
During the weeks preceding and during the holidays, as well as during November and the beginning of December (the month of "internet holidays"), delivery times may be delayed.
There will be no deliveries on Fridays or on the eve of a holiday.
Package maximum dimensions and weight for home delivery: 50 x 40 x 40 cm, up to 10 kg
Package maximum dimensions and weight for distribution point delivery: 30 x 30 x 30 cm, up to 5 kg
Overweight or oversize packages will be handled by the delivery company at their discretion, with a shipping charge of 50 ₪.
Delivery to distribution points
Delivery to E-Post locations offering lockers and distribution points in gas stations, shopping centers, malls, residential neighborhoods, and more across the country. By using these lockers and distribution points you will be able to receive deliveries at a time convenient for you rather than having to wait for the courier at home.
A shipment that exceeds the weight and size limits of the package will automatically be forwarded to a home courier service for a fee of NIS 10 (in addition to the cost of home delivery) and the delivery time may be delayed by at least three business days.
After the package has been delivered to the locker or distribution point, a message will be sent to the recipient containing all the information required for the recipient to collect the package. The shipment will be returned to the company if the recipient does not pick up the package within 7 business days if the package is held at a point of sale, and within 72 hours if the package is held at an automatic locker.
Regardless of the customer's choice of distribution point, the distribution point may change as a result of of package load at the selected distribution point.
Customer collections may take up to 14 business days.
Practices
A customer may return an item if they are not satisfied or if it is damaged. Returned items can be exchanged or refunded.
In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. An image of the defect and payment confirmation must accompany a claim for a defective product.
Regarding cancellations of remote sales transactions, returns of products, and cancellations of services ordered, the company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
Customer may cancel the transaction and return products, provided that they are intact, undamaged, and enclosed in their original packaging or wrapping, as well as accompanied by the transaction invoice or an electronic copy of the order confirmation.
In order to initiate a return for any product purchased from the website, customers should email office@yoozit.co within 14 days of receiving the product.
If the customer wishes to return an item, a courier may pick it up for a fee of NIS 40
Upon return of the product, the customer will be credited with the purchase price.
The company will provide a replacement product in case of a defective product and will collect the defective product from the customer at no additional cost.
The customer is responsible for all returned products until they reach us in safe condition.
Policy on exchanges
An item can be exchanged for another item if it has not been used or damaged in any way. Products will be returned intact and undamaged, enclosed in their original packaging, and accompanied by a transaction invoice or an emailed copy of the order confirmation.
Any product purchased from the website may be exchanged by contacting the website or contacting our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns must be made at the customer's expense with a copy of the transaction invoice or the email order confirmation.
We can arrange with you for a courier to pick up the replaced item and deliver the new item ordered for a nominal fee of 40 ₪.

Policy on cancellation of transactions
After receiving an item, if the customer wishes to return it for a refund, please contact us through the website or via email at office@yoozit.co within 48 hours.
If a transaction is cancelled on the basis of a refund, there is a cancellation fee of 5% of the item price or 50 ₪ (whichever is lower). The refund is based on the price of the product as shown on the invoice plus a 2% credit fee as stipulated by law, provided that no use has been made of the product, that they are complete, undamaged, and closed in their original packaging or wrapping, along with an invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation.
If you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, you may arrange for a courier to pick up the item from you at a nominal charge of 40₪.
According to law, refunds are not permitted for products under 50₪.
Unless otherwise required by law, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
