Since our orders ship very quickly, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. You can place another order, which will be delivered separately.

Unfortunately, once the order is processed, we cannot cancel it, but you can still return the item and get a refund. Just contact us as soon as you receive it (please let us know you wanted to cancel but couldn't), and we'll take care of it. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience!
